My Week In Pictures

Well, Some of It

Pooltime. As often as I could.

We travelled to say goodbye to our cousin-friend Gail. Sister Di had an Almond Joy (which Gail loved) in her honor. I know she's looking down from heaven saying....Almond Joy? Nice choice Di.

Our Rose of Sharon popped. Gorgeous.

So did the Kale. Yum.

The chard still has a ways to go, but it's looking good.

Lucan lounged. What else is new?

Enjoyed a campfire last night.

Woke to fog this morning.......

.....and a message from my egg.

The plan today is to get some stuff done at my desk. Then I'll be helping Gar organize his studio. If all goes well, that will be followed by a friend's birthday party, some pool-time and another campfire.

What's your plan for this Saturday?

If you are participating in the photo challenge, remember to get me your submission for the second theme- vast- tomorrow. The earlier in the day the better, so that I can include it in Monday's photo challenge post which I'll be preparing tomorrow.

Have you linked your shop or blog in the Gotta Have It/Gotta Blog It Link Party yet? What are you waiting for? And for you non-shop owners and non-bloggers, take a look at all the great stuff getting linked up. I'm going to have a hard time picking what to feature onTuessday.

Hope all is well in your corner of the world.

Ciao for now,

    1. it was refreshing by the end of the week because our temps cooled down just a wee bit. the beginning of the week, it was more spa like at about 82 degrees. never the less, i enjoy it no matter the water temp. i usually eek out my swims into october. which is much too cold for others. glad you are here!

    1. B, I'll tell Lucan you're boosting his confidence by calling him a puppy. He turned 13 this year, though you'd never know except he sleeps a little more. Getting a little slower but still likes to run.

Sounds like a beautiful day. I was busy at the Treasure Island Flea in San Francisco, a great day of connecting people with vintage and antique treasures they were searching for (or just had to have :) I'll be showing off my finds there again today...there's no rest for the treasure hunter!

  6. Hi there - just getting going on the blog again - posted for the first time in a couple of months last night: subject matter not far from the Lucan theme! Have material for about three more posts, but am having to choose between blogging at www.ColdhamCuddliescalling.blogspot.com, creating more Cuddlies for the shop at www.Etsy.com/coldham cuddlies and watching the Olympics: all time-consuming activities. Oh.....decisions, decisions!

Hope to see you around soon All the best - and keep enjoying your lovely surroundings!

  7. Your this week is really nice for you and you have enjoyed too much with your dog. I like such kind of animal on whom you can trust and make some level fun, so you can avoid your aliveness.
