Is There Anything Like It?
The aroma of bacon cooking is enough to make you hungry, even if you're not. This morning I cooked bacon on a cookie sheet in the oven. I've read in a few places recently, that this is a great way to cook up your rashers. I give it two thumbs up.
It worked great. Just needed to drain some of the grease off a couple of times and flip the strips. Other than that, it just did it's thing. It came out perfectly even and crispy.
