These are not just the kind of bear hugs you thought of when you read that title. These bear hugs are inspiring and have more meaning, and leave me with more questions than answers.
I hope you take a moment to watch this video. It isn't long and once you have, I'd love to know what you think about a few things. The description of the video reads: "Pro Infirmis conducts an experiment: there are only a few people who don`t have empathy with disabled people. Nevertheless, the passenger seat in the public bus next to Fabian often stays empty. Handicapped people are a regular part of our society."

So, why do you think it's easy to hug the bear, but many of us keep our distance people like the man in the bear suit every day?
What are we scared of?
Why is it so hard to remember that a little kindness goes a long way?
I wonder what Fabian thought after this 'bear hug' experiment and if it made him feel good that people were hugging him or if it made him feel bad that it only happened when he was wearing a bear suit instead of looking like himself.
Fabian is inspiring me today. What's inspiring you?
Make it a great day, it's a great day to have.
Ciao for now,
