We are experiencing extreme high temps this summer and have not had any rain for a couple of weeks... today we finally were blessed with a huge heavy down pour of rain... though it only lasted 10-20 minutes the gardens received a good long drink.. now it's back to mugginess. celia, we finally got a bit of rain overnight. i know we're not in such a drought as much of the middle of our country, but everyone's grass sure was toast. it's the humidity that wipes me out. have a great week and stay cool!
so we lucked out yesterday, it became a bit overcast and only stayed around 90. the pool was a welcome break after i worked as long as i could weeding and mulching the veg garden. phew. have fun at the pool!
that's funny! i was thinking those pics made it look small. it's about 18 foot across. perfect size for us and anyone else who wants to hop in. any pool in hot weather, is a blessing.
